What we collect

• Contact and order details you give us — name, email address, phone number, and pickup or delivery address — when you place an order, book a rental, or contact a shop.
• Rental details for the Abita Springs Rental Rack: the bike number you enter and the email address your lock code and receipt are sent to.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or our website forms.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we receive confirmation of your payment and the order details, not your full card number.

Analytics & your cart

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic to the site (pages visited, rough visitor counts). It does not use cookies to follow you across other websites. Our own site stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so your cart is still there when you come back; clearing your browser data clears it.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill orders and rentals, arrange pickup, delivery or shipping, send receipts and rental lock codes, provide service and support, and respond to your questions. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the website, checkout and email (such as Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for analytics and site delivery), and only as needed for those jobs.

We do not sell your personal data

We never sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us at brooksbikeshop@gmail.com or 985-237-3658 and we will take care of it.
